Rally+Rise is a grassroots group committed to making New York a progressive haven - all while redefining what it means to be an activist. Rally + Rise was born in the days after the 2016 election, and, in addition to state-centric legislative lobbying and educating, we're also committed to supporting groups that are dedicated to making New York a more progressive place. For our second annual Giving Tuesday fundraiser, we’re raising money for the National Institute for Reproductive Health, an organization committed to building state and local movements across the country to advance reproductive health, rights and justice. Particularly in New York, they are working to build a better future for the state by continuing to push for progressive legislation like the Reproductive Health Act and do away with outdated abortion laws.

Whether you're getting sweaty on a yoga mat or with a drink in hand, join us as we party hard and do good locally

Enthusiastic Consent: A Comedy Show To Stop Perverts

Let's start with the unfunny part. Less than 10% of survivors will ever report their assault.  There are many reasons why survivors don't report. Callisto is a non-profit that creates technology to combat sexual assault and support survivors" including a sexual Assault Reporting Tool used on college campuses around the country that is putting power back in the survivors hands.

Join us for this funny fundraiser where we have 70 minutes to stop the perverts, but we know that won't happen, so let's raise some money to help us get closer.

ABOUT THE SHOW

You’ve changed… and it’s beautiful. Join alt comedian, JOE CASTLE BAKER, and some of New York’s top comics for this scientific look at life’s most shameful event: puberty. You’ll learn the secrets that sexual health educators have hidden from you: are food babies real or is it all just a whimsical myth? How come penis isn’t on the TV like boobs? Why is the prostate next to the colon and not inside my brain or heart? You’ll also learn different sex positions including 69 or normal. But above all else, you’ll leave with a profound and liberated connection to your own body, and if not, then something’s really wrong with you.
